Returns and Refunds Policy
At MyBlueYourBrown we strive to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or cancel your order, please review our policy below.
1. Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- The artwork must be returned in its original packaging and in undamaged condition.
- If the artwork is not returned in its original condition, the customer is responsible for any loss in value.

2. Refunds
Once the returned artwork is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.
- If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- The cost of any custom framing will not be refunded.
3. Cancellation Policy
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the artwork has not yet shipped. To cancel your order, please email us at myblueyourbrown@gmail.com
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your artwork arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photographs of the damaged item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
